Mr. Mitchell's main goal for the community is to increase Unity, Empathy, and Cohesiveness within all areas within his reach. He participates in several outreach organizations and political boards. These organizations include Salisbury P.R.I.D.E Lions Club, E.L.O.G., INC-Extraordinary League of Gentleman, S.P.E.K.T.R.U.M Project, Y.W.W.D.- Young Women With Dignity, K.I.N.G.- Knowing I Need Growth, City of Salisbury's Youth Action Development Committee.
